Caesar

I wanted a rat character, but I also wanted to adopt a character for some reason. So I found the submission of and was glad to see one was open.

Was originally going to name this guy Vince, but after several tries at drawing him the name just didn't fit, yet Caesar did for some reason. So Vince is now his brother.

Personality: Happy-go-lucky, optimistic, stubborn, not always reliable, very friendly and welcoming, impulsive, sweetheart, cuddly demeanor.
